Welcome to Cane House (canehouse.shop). These terms & conditions are applicable to all Cane House products. By using this site, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to our policy. If you disagree, we suggest you do not use this website. Cane House reserves the right to change, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, so please check them before making any purchase.

Payment Process

We accept BDT cash, as well as payment by Credit/Debit Card and the online payment methods of the banks/companies we have partnered with. Please check available options before you pay.

Do you offer cash on delivery?
We do not provide a cash-on-delivery service. A minimum of 50% of the full payment is required at the time of ordering, and the remaining 50% must be paid before delivery.

VAT

VAT is payable in addition to the total payment amount, as per government policy. A VAT challan will be provided to customers.

Shipping

Does Cane House take online orders?
Yes. Once you order through any of our online platforms, you can expect delivery within 14-30 working days, depending on the product design and quantity. Estimated delivery lead times are listed on each product page. Due to unavoidable circumstances, delivery dates may change.

Is there a delivery fee within Dhaka city?
Yes, delivery charges are based on the items ordered, with a minimum charge of 500 BDT.

Do you charge extra for deliveries outside Dhaka?
Delivery costs vary by location.

Assembly

Our experienced assemblers will assemble your furniture (if required) on site within 0 to 48 hours of delivery. A charge may apply depending on the product, and customers will be informed in advance if required.

Product Development

Product development is a continuous process, so there may be minor changes between different versions of a product. This does not affect the functional utility of the product.

Repair Service

At Cane House we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. All Cane House furniture is made and delivered with the utmost care. However, furniture may occasionally need repair due to normal wear and tear or inappropriate handling. A repair charge of 10% to 25% of the product’s MRP (based on product condition) will apply.
