Refund / Return & Exchange

OVERVIEW

Furniture in good condition can be returned within 2 days of purchase (Ready product only). This policy is in place to show respect to the notion that a customer may change his/her mind within a certain period and that shouldn’t cost him/her a fortune. If you change your mind, you may seek a replacement for a different product of the same price or higher within 2 days. No cash refund will be provided. If your product of choice is of a higher price, you must pay the difference in cash.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel an order within 2 days from the order date and get a full refund. Any cancellation after 2 days will be subjected to a 10% charge of the invoice value up to 5 days. Any cancellation after 5 days will not be acceptable also no refund will be applicable. 

Cancellation of orders after delivery is not allowed.

​​For reasons beyond your control, Cane House may cancel your order. In such cases, Cane House will refund the customer in full.
